Returns & exchanges

We gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations

Contact us within: 5 days of delivery for authorization and ship items in original container

Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery

Request a cancellation within: 1 hour of purchase

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of the following items, we can't accept returns, if defective items will be replaced in kind:

· Custom or personalized orders

· Perishable products (like food or flowers)

· Digital downloads

· Intimate items, hats/hair wraps, masks or earrings (for health/hygiene reasons)

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
